Ashok Dulichand Dinodiya, aged 35 years is the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Senior Secondary Certificate from National Institute of Open Schooling. He founded the Company in 2016 and possesses more than a decade of extensive experience in the field of manpower management and support services. He is responsible for the administration and overall management of operations, overseeing a wide range of service portfolios, from basic maintenance and housekeeping operations to complex project management and mechanized cleaning services. His continued leadership and involvement have significantly contributed to the Company’s operational stability, systematic growth, and disciplined management practices.

Hoshiyar Singh Verma, aged 55 years is the Whole-time Director of our Company and has been associated with the company’s business since 2024. He completed his Higher Secondary Education from Rajasthan and served in the Indian Naval Service as Master Chief Electrical (Power) I (Honorary Lieutenant) from 1989 to 2023. He possesses more than 1.5 years of experience in the field of tendering, procurement, and contract management. His disciplined leadership and operational acumen have contributed significantly to driving business growth and improving organizational efficiency. As a Whole-time Director, he is responsible for overseeing the overall business development of the Company and ensuring that the Company’s operations remain aligned with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Jay Daxeshkumar Shah, aged 28 years is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.J. Tibrewal Commerce College. As a Chartered Accountant by profession he brings valuable expertise in the areas of Financing, Accountancy and Auditing, Taxation including both Direct Tax as well as Indirect Tax and has an experience of over 2 years. He has extensive experience in handling correspondence with government departments, including matters relating to scrutiny, notices, and assessment proceedings. He plays a vital role in strengthening corporate governance and ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices within a company.

She has an overall professional experience of around 10 years as a Company Secretary and possesses significant expertise in the areas of Corporate Laws and various compliances under the Companies Act. She has played an important role in strengthening corporate governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements of the company.

His professional knowledge assists the Company in ensuring adherence to applicable statutory and legal requirements, strengthening internal governance frameworks, maintaining effective board procedures, and promoting ethical business practices and regulatory discipline across the organization.

Juhi Rajendrakumar Chaturvedi, aged 34 years is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company with effect from June 19, 2026. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is responsible for the Secretarial, Legal and Compliance division of our Company along with investor and other stakeholders’ relationships. She has nine years of experience in the legal and secretarial functions and was previously associated with Altus Fund Management IFSC Private Limited as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She was appointed on June 19, 2026 in our company and hence, was not entitled to any remuneration in Fiscal 2026.

Nilkanthkumar Baldevbhai Kavar, aged 31 years is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our company since February 2024 as an Accountant. In recognition of his outstanding performance, dedication and valuable contributions to the organization, he was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) w.e.f. August 25, 2025 a position he continues to hold till present date. He holds Master’s degree in Commerce from Saurashtra University. He has over seven years of work experience in the field of Finance and Accounts. In our Company, he is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. He also ensures compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements, implementing financial policies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
